Zack was born and raised in St. Charles Parish, Louisiana. He has grown up around the Snoball culture all his life having watched his family own Snoball stands. Kelly met Zack in 2011, and they went on vacation to Boutte, Louisiana and that's where it all started! He took her to a snoball stand in the heat of summer and you know what they say...  having a snoball is like having a steak in Louisiana. She was hooked! Kelly has lived in NC her whole life and absolutely loves visiting Louisiana; so together, they decided to bring a little New Orleans flair to every corner of your community!

Bayou Sno prides itself on authenticity. Snoballs are made with very fine shaved ice and rich flavors. They are a New Orleans style cold treat often sought after during those HOT Louisiana summers and Bayou Sno wants to bring that right to you.
